2. Applicant qualification requirements

1、If it is established according to law and has an asset evaluation qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance, and if it involves land, mineral resources and other qualification requirements otherwise stipulated by the State, it shall obtain the corresponding qualification certificate issued by the relevant department and continue to operate normally5Years or more;

2、Comply with the relevant laws, regulations, rules and policies of the state and the evaluation of state-owned assets of enterprises, and strictly perform legal duties3No illegal or illegal practice records during the year;

3、Have a sound internal management system;

4、具有8More than full-time practicing registered asset appraisers, and each registered asset appraiser should have more than two years of practicing experience;

3. The evaluation agency applying to join the alternative database shall submit the following information in paper form to the Asset Management Department of Tianjin Lihe Import and Export Group Co., LTD。

4Copies of the approval documents for the establishment of the institution and the license certificate;
